청담 미용실이라 괜히 기대도 되고 동시에 살짝 긴장한 상태로 방문했어요. 막상 문을 열고 들어가 보니 공간이 복잡하지 않고 전체 분위기가 차분해서 생각보다 빨리 마음이 편해졌어요. 설명도 길게 이어지기보다는 필요한 부분만 짚어줘서 부담이 없었고 컷도 과하게 바뀐 느낌은 아니었어요. 다 끝나고 거울을 봤을 때 얼굴선이 정리돼 보이면서 인상이 깔끔해진 게 느껴졌고, 집에 와서 다시 봐도 어색하지 않아서 자연스러워 좋았어요!

The questions we are asked most often by first-time visitors to the salon.

Where is lamaison beauty?

B1F, 49 Dosan-daero 55-gil, Gangnam-gu, Seoul — the Cheongdam-dong area. It is about a 2-minute walk, roughly 100 m, from Apgujeong Rodeo Station on the Suin–Bundang Line. We are right at the top of Dosan-daero 55-gil, so the address is easy to find by car or taxi too.

What are your opening hours?

Tuesday to Sunday, 10:00 to 18:00. We are closed on Mondays. The last booking of the day depends on how long your service takes, so please call to confirm late-afternoon slots.

Can I walk in without a booking?

We recommend booking. Fourteen designers work here, but a cut, colour or perm takes at least an hour and bridal make up takes considerably longer, so reserving is the only way to secure the designer and time you want. Call +82-2-512-3001 or send a DM to @lamaison_beauty on Instagram.

Can I have hair and make up done on the same day?

Yes. lamaison beauty is a hair salon with make up artists on the same floor, so styling runs straight into make up in a single visit. Tell us when your shoot or ceremony starts and we will work backwards from that time to set your appointment.

How much does it cost?

Haircut 55,000–110,000 KRW, classic perm 187,000–287,000 KRW, digital perm 385,000–550,000 KRW, signature make up 165,000–330,000 KRW, bridal make up 550,000–1,540,000 KRW. All prices include VAT, and where you fall inside each range depends on hair length, condition and the designer's rank.

How far ahead should I book bridal make up?

At least two weeks. Weekends fill fastest because ceremonies and pre-wedding shoots compete for the same slots, so message us as soon as your date is fixed. Bridal make up starts at 550,000 KRW and is done together with an updo.

Do you do kpop idol styling and editorial make up?

Yes. Beauty profiles, editorial shoots and stage make up are regular work here. Send reference images and we will build the contouring and colour around them, factoring in how each shade will read under your shoot's lighting.

I am visiting from abroad — will we be able to communicate?

This site is published in Korean, English, Japanese and Chinese, and we take booking enquiries by Instagram DM, WhatsApp and LINE. Send a photo of the style you want and it carries across any language gap. Getting here is simple too: 2 minutes on foot from Apgujeong Rodeo Station.

Is there parking?

Use Dosan-daero 55-gil or one of the nearby paid car parks. Parking is tight across Cheongdam, so given that our hair salon is a 2-minute walk from Apgujeong Rodeo Station, the subway is usually the easier option.

Can I get a bright colour without bleaching?

Often yes, depending on your hair. We like building reds, oranges and browns into colours that shift with the light, with no bleach involved. We diagnose your previous chemical history and current condition first, then tell you exactly what is achievable.
